Coronavirus cases in Minnesota rise to 60; no new counties affected

ST. CLOUD — The number of novel coronavirus cases in Minnesota continues to climb as four more were confirmed Tuesday morning.

The Minnesota Department of Health updated its case count Tuesday to 60 individuals in Minnesota who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to its case information website.

None of those cases are in new counties, according to the map provided by MDH. Hennepin County is the most affected with more than 20 of the confirmed cases. Numbers in Stearns, Benton and Wright counties remain in the same case ranges as Monday, with one or two confirmed cases in Benton and Wright and threee to five in Stearns.

Approximately 2,336 patients have been tested for COVID-19 as of Tuesday.
